Wildfire Protection

Firebreak systems provides a variety of wildfire prevention and protection systems for home and property protection. All wildfire protection systems apply Phos-Chek long term wildfire retardant and comply with application rates determined by the US Forest Service for fuel types and terrain.

Home Property and Perimeter Wildfire Protection

Firebreak has designed systems to protect homes, perimeters and even larger systems for entire communities. All systems are designed to be completely independent of any power grid or water source and can be activated in a variety of ways. These include manual activation, the push of a button or a phone call.

> This specially formulated “home-friendly” fire retardant is colorless and safe for use around people, plants and animals.

Structure Being Sprayed With Retardant

Firebreak Spray Systems are designed to help protect homes and structures built on or near the ridge of canyons, draws or other property perimeters. Because of topography, canyon fires have a funnel-like effect on fire behavior and are responsible for multiple losses of structures every year.

Perimeter Big Gun Sprayers Spraying Retardant

> Once applied, the Firebreak Spray Systems fire retardant will continue to protect your property until it is rained on or washed off. Each system is totally self-contained, powered by compressed air. No electricity or running water is required to operate. Systems can be activated manually or remotely via telephone.

> The system sprays more than enough retardant to protect your home including surrounding landscape. Larger or multiple tank systems are available for larger properties, additional structures and/or perimeter protection.

> System sizes for homes range up to 300 gallons or more. Large perimeter systems can be 1000 gallons and greater in size. Protection distances can be up to ¼ mile and beyond with even larger systems.
